Facts Tuition Management
WCHS uses FACTS Tuition Management to process Enrollment, Tuition & other fees. You will link either a credit card or direct bank account information into FACTS for automatic payment depending on your payment plan. Your FACTS account is created from the main contact email entered on the WCHS Admissions Application. In addition, FACTS Management Company offers a “Peace of Mind” option for families in the event of the death of a spouse. For a minimal fee of $22.50 a year the FACTS Management Company will pay the remaining balance of your student’s tuition (excluding past due amounts owed) in the event of the death of a spouse. Please be aware that if your tuition payment is missed or had insufficient funds you will be assessed a late fee and/or a NSF fee. Please communicate with the school to avoid these unnecessary fees.
